Jenn

Jenn has called Minnesota home her entire life and loves many things about Minnesota.  Her passion for caring and helping animals started at a very young age and knew a life working with animals was right for her.  Jenn has been actively working in the veterinary field since early 2005.  She graduated with her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Veterinary Technology in 2008. Then, wanting to further her education, she went back to school to achieve her Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Technology and graduated in 2011. 

She joined our Rice Pet Clinic team in December 2014, when Dr. Tim (now retired) was the Owner.   Jenn accepted the opportunity of becoming the office manager in 2016.  She has an overall enjoyment for all aspects of veterinary medicine.  Jenn’s favorite aspect of being the manager is actively ensuring that valuable knowledge and experience are passed on to new staff members, allowing them to learn from the expertise of seasoned members while also incorporating new perspectives and ideas to build a better future in veterinary medicine. 

Jenn and her husband, Mike, have two children (Alexander and Annika).  Outside of work, they enjoy spending every moment they can on outdoor adventures with activities such as backpacking, canoeing, camping, hiking, or just exploring, especially with their canine companions.
